INSIDE VILLA SUDEST

You enter in the front door to the

MAIN LIVING SPACE

A large comfortable sofa with fire place next to it and double doors that lead out to the covered veranda by the pool.  There is a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player. Available are DVD's and books in English including local guide books.

KITCHEN-DINER AREA

The kitchen area is well equipped with full size oven, four ring gas hob, large fridge/freezer, sink, full size dishwasher, coffee pod machine, a preparation area with plenty of cupboard space containing all the pots and pans etc.  The view from the kitchen window looks straight out onto the front of the villa and the olive trees.

The dining table seats 6 people and the unit nearby contains all the crockery and cutlery you will need.

From the kitchen/dining area a door leads to the corridor night area:

An air-con unit is located in the night area hallway which serves the bedrooms when the doors are open.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom has a large double bed, with wall lamps for reading and two double wardrobes for your clothes and an armchair.  There is a radiator and the window looks out onto the pool.

ENSUITE BATHROOM

The bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin with mirror and light above, WC, bidet and plenty of shelving for your toiletries.  There is a heated towel rail and the window looks out onto the pool.

BEDROOM TWO

There are twin beds which can also be made as a double on request.  Below the stone archway by  the headboard are two wall lamps for reading.  There is a double wardrobe with hanging space, drawers and a storage unit.   There is a radiator and the window looks out onto the front of the villa and the olive trees.

Between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 you will find

BATHROOM 2

The large bathroom has a shower, oval wash hand basin with mirror above, bidet and WC.  There is a heated towel rail and the window looks out onto the front of the villa.

BEDROOM THREE

There are twin beds which can be made as a double on request. A large wardrobe, a set of drawers, bedside table, radiator and the window looks out on to the side of the villa.  This room is the biggest of the twin rooms.

Further bedroom information:  There is a Z type bed available on request as is a cot for a baby.  Please note we do not supply linen for the cot as often babies have sensitive skins, this you need to bring.

WASHING MACHINE - The washing machine is found in the main bathroom.

OUTSIDE

POOL

The private pool is situated at the rear of the villa and measures 10m x 5m.  It is entered via steps, which are perfect to sit on and read a book. The depth of the pool is 1.40m throughout.

RELAXATION OUTSIDE

Near the pool there are 6 sun loungers to relax on.

Under the gazebo, relax on the outdoor sofa or on the two armchairs nearby whilst having a glass of wine. 

The plants, shrubs and age old olive trees are all charming and in keeping with the villa.

BATHROOM 3

This is entered via some steps and there is a large walk-in shower, wash hand basin with mirror above and WC.

OUTDOOR UNDER THE SECOND GAZEBO - OPEN KITCHEN AREA

Next to the pool is the long kitchen area with gas hob, sink and drainer, preparation area and BBQ, perfect for cooking that lunch time snack or tasty BBQ.  

AL FRESCO DINING area under the covered veranda

There is a table which seats six.  It is a great space to eat but also take some rest from the sun.

GAMES

There is table football outside and is found near to the outdoor kitchen.  Our guests love playing on this.

You will also find board games such as Scrabble, Taboo, Dominoes.

Villa SudEst measures approximately 120sqm and is located in the heart of an age-old land (about 8600 sqm), which is surrounded by olive trees and rich Mediterranean vegetation.

There is free internet at the property

The property has an electric gate with remote control.

All windows have mosquito nets.

The property has an alarm

The property is well lit at night.

The pool is open from May to the end of September.  If you require the pool in April or October please ask.

Internally the property measures approximately 80 sqm.

Villa SudEst is just over 5 minutes drive to the town of Cisternino of 10 minutes to Ceglie Messapica or Martina Franca.  All of these towns have an abundance of café/bars, ice cream parlours and restaurants to suit all budgets.
