This attractive and spacious stone property, spread over three terraces, is built into the hillside with a total of seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, lounge, dining room and two kitchens making the property an ideal solution for large families or groups of friends holidaying together.

TRULLO SAMAX (Zone 1) has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge and kitchen.
Stepping into the Trullo you enter into the lounge, which is under a huge trullo cone, and has upholstered seating in the form of a large sofa, banquettes alongside the fireplace, and large matching pouffes giving seating for up to 10 people. There is also a large flat screen TV on top of a oak cabinet, a coffee table, bureau, and a niche holding a selection of books.
The galley style kitchen which is off the lounge has a double sink, full size oven, four ring gas hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, marble worktops with plenty of matching wall and floor storage cabinets. The utility room/larder has a large fridge-freezer, additional cupboards and shelving for storage.
The large bathroom is just off the lounge and has a small bath with a built-in seat and shower attachment, WC, bidet, hand basin with marble surround, heated towel rail, wall mounted hair dryer, and mirrored wall cabinet with lights.
From the lounge, to the left as you enter, is a long narrow bedroom containg two single beds, one at each end of the room. The first is a full size single bed with bedside cabinet and lamp with a small cupboard for storage. The second is designed for a young child with a small bed, a child's chair, cupboard for storage and some toys to play with. There is separate lighting for both ends of the room and two windows, one in the middle of the room and the other by the large single bed. If required a fan can be provided for this room.

Master Bedroom with en-suite:
The Master bedroom which is furnished with a large double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, built-in wardrobe, two chests of drawers, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The window looks out onto the terrace.
Master Bedroom en-suite (bathroom 1)
The large en-suite bathroom is down 5 steps and has a bath with hand shower attachment, WC, bidet, twin wash hand basins, large wall mirror with lights and shelving and plenty of storage below.
Bedroom 2 (Bunk room)
Suitable for children or young adults this small room is opposite the master bedroom and is furnished with full size bunk beds, a built-in wardrobe with hanging and shelving space and bedside cabinet with lamp. There is also a free standing air cooling unit in this room.
Four steps up from the bunk bedroom a small corridor houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. and leads to:
Bedroom 3: Africa
The Africa room has a large double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers, full length mirror and air conditioning. It has an exit leading to the pool, area.
Bedroom 4: Paris
The Paris room is entered via bedroom 3, the Africa room. It has a single day bed that can be extended to make a double, a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, and air conditioning.
This bathroom is along a short corridor from the Paris room and has a shower cubicle, hand basin with wall cabinet with mirror and light, and WC
The door at the end of the corridor leads to the outdoor dining area.
VIILLA SAMAX zone 2 (Uva) has a large kitchen diner on the ground floor with a bathroom and a double bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor.
There are two entrances to this unit, one on each floor.
From the double patio doors on the lower level you enter the open plan kitchen-diner which has double sink, four ring gas hob, full size oven, microwave, full size fridge-freezer and plenty of storage cupboards. The large dining table comfortably seats ten. There is also a free standing air cooling unit in this room.
Tables for al fresco dining are just outside under the canopy of grape vines on the huge patio.
The small bathroom contains WC, small sink, and washing machine.
From the kitchen area a small spiral staircase leads to the upper floor hallway.

Double Bedroom 6: New York
This large airy bedroom has its own private balcony and is furnished with a double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, a full size single bed, large wardrobes, a bureau, air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan.
This bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin with a wall hung mirror, WC and bidet.
VILLA SAMAX zone 3 Pool Apartment has a lounge with double bedroom and bathroom.
Accessed from an upper terrace this small apartment is furnished with a two seater sofa-bed, bureau, table and TV, table and four chairs. It also has a small kitchenette area with a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Outside the front door is a small patio which can be used for sun bathing or relaxing. There is air-conditioning in the lounge.
Off the lounge area the double bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, bed side cabinets and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a door leading to the pool terrace and pool bar area. The bedroom has a wall hung air conditioning unit.
On request it is possible to put a single bed in the bedroom
The bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet, wash hand basin, wall cabinet with mirror and light, and towel rail.
There is a huge amount of outdoor space at this property that is spread over several levels. On the ground floor the large patio area, stretching from the front gates to the the Trullo entrance, contains a stone built BBQ, wood fired pizza oven and tables for outdoor dining and still leaving space for children to run around. Stone staircases leads to the terrace on the next level where there a large stone table with stone bench seating under a shady canopy of leaves. A couple of steps further will take you to another terrace where there is a BBQ, food preparation area and double sink. It is here you will also find the table tennis table. A pathway leads to the pool terrace where you can cool off in the 8m x 4m above ground pool or relax while enjoying a refreshing drink at the nearby pool bar.
Please note that there is no longer a gazebo over the table tennis table area.
There is ample space for parking on the rear driveway as well as at the front of the property
The nearest shops are in the village a mere two minutes walk away. Here you will find a pharmacy, post office, a well stocked grocery store, cafe and the old 17th century church of St Marco. The new, much larger and impressive church of St Marco is less than five minutes walk away in the other direction where a little further on is another bar and restaurant.
The lovely area of San Marco is just a less than ten minutes drive from the town of Locorotondo, and about 30 minutes to some of Puglia's main attractions: sandy beaches, drive-through safari and zoo at Fasano, the UNESCO site of Alberobello, water park at Egnazia, and the caves at Grotte Castellana.

A deposit of 50% is payable by bank transfer or sterling cheque to secure the booking,with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
- Cancellations: A minimum of eight weeks cancellation notice is required, and must be made in writing. Refunds for will only be made if the property is successfully re-let to cover the cancelled period.
- The breakage deposit of £500 pounds is payable with your final payment and will be refunded once it has been confirmed there have been no breakages/damages. This is returned to you via bank transfer.
PLEASE NOTE THE PRICE IS BASED ON UP TO 8 PEOPLE USING THE TRULLO. IF YOUR PARTY IS LARGER THAN 8 PEOPLE, THE PRICE IS £15 PER NIGHT, PER EXTRA PERSON. YOU CAN THEN USE APARTMENT UVA OR THE POOL APARTMENT ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS.
THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT LET TO ANYONE ELSE DURING YOUR STAY. THE PROPERTY IS FOR YOUR SOLE USE.
There is a minimum stay of 5 nights. We are flexible on arrival days as long as this does not leave us a gap we cannot sell.
