Part of a complex of five finely restored trulli, each with their own unique identity. This spacious trullo consists of the following:
Lounge has two comfortable sofas, a TV and DVD player, coffee table and desk. There is air-con in the living area.
Dining Room which has a feature fireplace is furnished with a dining table seating six.
Kitchen is well equipped with four ring gas hob, electric oven, double sink and dishwasher. The washing machine is in the utility room.
Two Double bedrooms: are both under trullo cones and are furnished with a comfortable beds, bedside cabinets wardrobes and or chest of drawers.
Loft bedroom has a futon bed and bedside cabinet.
Bathroom 1: has a wash hand basin with mirror above, toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.
Bathroom 2: has a toilet and wash hand basin.
There is also a hairdryer, iron and safety deposit box for guest use
Relax outside in your own private courtyard and dine al fresco in the shade under the gazebo. Why sit on the outdoor sofa and read a book in the lovely sunshine.
If you love cooking, you also have your own BBQ and outdoor oven.
There is a shared pool which is just a few paces away from the trullo.
Wifi is available to guests free of charge.
The town of Locorotondo is 0.90 miles away and is a lovely walk through the countryside. There are lots of cafe/bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours and an interesting old town to meander through. The market comes to town every week offering something for everyone!
On-site you will find assistance should you need it, speaking both English and Italian.
City Tax - there is a mandatory City tax of 2.00 euros per person, per night payable on arrival in cash.

The price is for up to 4 people.
The day of arrival is flexible and the minimum stay is 3 nights except in the period 16th June to 15 September where the minimum stay is 5 nights
In case of booking cancellations within at least 15 days before the beginning of the stay, the 20% deposit received will be retained. In case of cancellations less than 15 days before the beginning of the stay, the whole sum for the booked stay shall be due.
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have implemented cancellation/modification policies to provide our guests with increased flexibility. In case of cancellation for reasons of protection of public health and personal safety or travel restrictions due to COVID-19, please advise as soon as possible to allow us to re-rent the property. You can decide for a complete money refund for the deposit paid or a voucher for the same number of nights, with no expiring date, to be used during another period agreed with the management
- For stays of over a week there will be a change of linen and towels, including beach towels at the end of seven days.
- The breakage deposit of €250 euros is payable on arrival and refunded on departure, once it has been confirmed there have been no breakages/damages.
- The price includes all utilities, wifi, linen, towels and the final clean when you leave
City Tax - there is a mandatory City tax of 0.80 euros per person, per night for the first 5 nights only. This is collected by the owner on arrival and paid to the local council. This must be paid in cash.
