Casa di Nonna is a two bedroom self contained apartment is on the first floor of a private villa, with its own private entrance, set in two acres of walled gardens. The apartment consists of a lounge, dining room, kitchen, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terraces and an above ground 7.5m pool just a short distance from the White City of Ostuni. Sleeps 4.
This large and airy apartment is comfortably furnished and consists of the following:
The Lounge, which is at the heart of the apartment is furnished with four leather library chairs, two footstools, a flat screen TV and DVD player, a hi-fi system, with CD player, tape cassette deck and radio. there is also a ceiling fan and open fireplace for the winter evenings French doors lead onto a terrace, which overlooks the the pond and gardens, has a bistro style table with parasol, and four chairs making it ideal for an al fresco breakfast. A short flight of stairs leads to the upper and much larger terrace which has a built in barbecue, table and chairs, drinks trolley and a coffee table along with sun-lounges and a free standing parasol.
Kitchen- Diner is fully fitted with a 5 ring gas hob, full size oven, a fridge, dishwasher, double sink with filtered drinking water, microwave, kettle, toaster, Lavazza coffee capsule machine, electric popcorn maker and pancake maker, granite worktops, dining table and four chairs.
Master Bedroom, which is accessed by a six-tread staircase in the corner of the lounge, is furnished with a traditional style wooden surround queen sized bed with matching bedside tables and wardrobes. French windows lead out onto a large L shaped terrace which has a built in barbecue, table and chairs, drinks trolley and a coffee table along with sun-lounges and a free standing parasol. A short flight of steps leads down to the breakfast terrace.
The bedroom has mosquito nets to the window and French doors and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 is located off the lounge and is furnished with comfortable twin beds (these can be made up into a double if required) with a bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, armchair, bookshelf and books. The room also has a mosquito net on the window and a ceiling fan.
Shower Room is completely tiled from floor to ceiling and has an enclosed shower unit, a wall hung WC and basin, and a mirrored vanity unit with light.
Cloakroom is tiled from floor to ceiling and has a wall hung WC and bidet, and basin. Above the basin is a mirrored vanity cabinet with light.
Outside there is a large circular above ground pool (24 ft diameter by 4ft deep), immersed amongst the greenery of olive and citrus groves, and other shady areas for escaping sun. There are numerous folding garden seats and beds available so you can choose your own shady spot to relax in.

A sat-nav for use during your stay is available with all the local supermarkets, butchers, bakers, restaurants and places of interest already marked so you choose to explore or go straight to marked points.
The owners have two well behaved dogs and three cats that you may see sunning themselves in a quiet spot in the grounds.

A deposit of 50% is payable by bank transfer or sterling cheque to secure the booking,with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
Cancellations: A minimum of eight weeks cancellation notice is required, and must be made in writing. For cancellation of less than eight weeks a refund will only be made if the property is successfully re-let to cover the cancelled period.
The price includes linen, towels and pool towels and the final clean when you leave
A breakage deposit of £50 / €50 is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure if there have been no breakages or damages.

Our start date is FLEXIBLE where ever possible and we rent for less than a week except in July and August where the minimum is 7 nights starting on Saturday. During the rest of the months it is as follows:
