The lovely owners, David and Andrew were the perfect hosts - they answered all my queries quickly before and during our stay and couldn't have been more helpful. We were met by David on arrival who had provided us with some essentials and local produce so that we did not need to rush out to the shops. The villa is fantastically spacious with three large sitting rooms, two dining areas, three bedrooms in the main house and two wonderful, independent rooms in the gardens. We were really impressed with its quality and it is really well-equipped. There are also plenty of areas outside to sit and relax and a beautiful salt water swimming pool. You are just a few kilometres from Ceglie, a pretty and characterful town, as well as many others. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic week here at the villa in Ceglie Messapica. We were greeted by our hosts David & Andrew who were really helpful with good advice of where to eat and what to see. The villa was everything and more, spacious,clean and decorated to a high standard. The pool area being our favourite. We were close to Ceglie Messapica Martina Franca and Cisternino. We look forward to another visit. Cannot praise this villa enough

The house is situated in the puglian countryside. it is large with all the amenities you need including smart tvs Internet and Netflix! The house is well stocked with kitchen appliances and importantly a nespresso machine! The outside space is amazing and even though there were 8of us, there were plenty of places and patios for us to have our own spaces and feel we were not on top of each other. The pool area is wonderful with 10 high quality sunbeds umbrellas and a gazebo to have shade from the sun. The pool is well tended and has a lovely beach area to relax on. The owners could not do enough to make our holiday special including arranging baby sitters and a chef to prepare a typical puglian meal for us. The house is well situated to visit all the local towns and restaurants. Ceglie and Martina franca are no more than a 10 minute drive. Ceglie has some fine restaurants to eat typical local food and pizzas as well as high end fine dining. Can not recommend the house and the area enough

Très belle villa avec piscine. Tout confort pour 10 personnes (3 chambres doubles et 2 appartements indépendants). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
