Located just a short distance from the beautiful "White City" of Ostuni and the stunning beaches of the Adriatic coast this delightful two bedroom trullo has been carefully restored, offers modern comforts and is set in its own garden with private pool.
This trullo is one of four properties within this small private estate of over seven hectares and dating back to the 1700's. Many of the original architectural features of this trulli have been preserved, including characteristic stripped stone walls and archways, traditional alcoves and beams.
Trullo Sessana comprises:
Lounge: situated under a large trullo cone and furnished with a comfortable sofa and two matching armchairs, flat screen TV and DVD player, hi-fi unit, standard lamp and a selection of books for your leisure.
Kitchen/Diner: spans the width of the trullo. The kitchen is at one end and contains a full size cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and sink with single mixer tap. The dining area has a table with four chairs and a dresser for storing the crockery.
Bedroom 1: furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and easy chair; a door leads out into the garden. The en suite bathroom contains a full size bath with shower attachment, sink with overhead mirror, towel stand, WC and bidet.
Bedroom 2: furnished with a double bed that can be divided into two singles, a bedside cabinet and bedside lamps. The en suite bathroom contains a full size bath with shower attachment, sink with overhead mirror, towel stand, WC and bidet.
Although part of a complex the trullo has its own private garden with covered pation, BBQ, ample outdoor seating and its own private pool from which you can enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. Within the grounds of this complex there is also a small playground for younger children.
The property has free wifi and sleeps up to 4 people.

The price is based on 4 persons and includes gas, electricity, water, wifi, linen, towels, pool towels and the final clean when you leave.
50% is required to secure the dates with balance due 8 weeks prior to your stay together with a £200 security deposit (or £350 if you require heating ).
Payment is by bank transfer or sterling cheque. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal.
The security deposit is returned you after your stay via bank transfer within 1 working week.
If you require heating, this costs 6 euros per hour. On arrival you determine when you would like the heating to come on and go off and the timer is set accordingly. The number of hours used is totalled for your stay and the amount deducted from your security deposit. Generally heating is only needed for the winter months, from end of October to April. The choice is yours if you want to use it or not.
Cancellation: A minimum of 12 weeks cancellation notice is required and must be made in writing. For notice of less than this refunds will only be made if the property is successfully re-let to cover the cancelled period.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights during low and mid season
In high season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Arrivals are accepted on any day of the week.
