The price includes all utilities, wifi, linen, towels, pool towels and the final clean when you leave.
Payment is by bank transfer or sterling cheque. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal.
The security deposit is returned you after your stay via bank transfer within 1 working week.
A deposit of 50% to secure the booking,with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday together with a £200 security deposit
Cancellation: A minimum of twelve weeks cancellation notice is required and must be made in writing. For notice less than this refunds will only be made if the property is successfully re-let to cover the cancelled period.
City Tax - is payable by all guests on arrival in cash and is 1.00 euro per night per adults for the first 5 nights only.

Arrivals are accepted on any day of the week except in high season when it is Saturday to Saturday only
