The magnificent Masseria Mandorli has been restored to highest standards using contemporary designs whilst still retaining many of its original features. Relaxing in the sumptuousness of the large lounge it is not hard to imagine yourself basking in its past grandeur with it high stone ceilings and tasteful furnishings. The five main bedrooms, all of which have full en suite facilities, have high exposed stone ceilings and large windows with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The sixth bedroom is on the lower level bedroom and sleeps four on two pairs of full size bunk beds.
Master Bedroom: Your comfort is assured in this beautifully appointed bedroom with its stunning floor to ceiling window (with electric blinds) overlooking the Puglian olive groves all the way down to the coast. The room is furnished with a comfortable king size bed bedside cabinets with lamp, wardrobe with sliding doors and offering ample storage for your clothes, armchair and small table nearby with lamp for reading. The large en-suite bathroom has twin basins, bidet, toilet, separate shower and stylish bath with window looking into the orangery. The room is air conditioned and also has a private balcony.
Balcony Bedroom: A double room with its own private balcony and windows overlooking the olive groves out towards the sea is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning. If you want to have an afternoon nap the high quality sun blinds on the windows will minimise the sunshine entering the room. There is also an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Four Poster, Stone Vaulted Bedroom: This beautiful and airy bedroom with air conditioning has exposed stone vaulted ceiling, niches, king size four poster bed and French doors leading opening out into the Orangery, giving it an air of cool sophistication. There are also bedside cabinets with lamps, an armchair, and wardrobes with hanging and drawer space giving you plenty of storage space. The en-suite has a shower, luxury spice coloured glass basin, heated towel rail and toilet.

Bunk Room: Situated on the lower level via an internal staircase has a high level window, two pairs of large bunk beds offer accommodation for four adults or children. There is a large chest of drawers in the bedroom and further storage outside in the hallway. This room has air-con.
The large modern and fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances a cook would want including a marble topped island-style preparation area, dishwasher, double sinks, electric oven, five ring gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster along with an array of cooking utensils. It also has the benefit or air-con. For al fresco dining you just step outside to the covered terrace with its star vaulted ceiling, or alternatively there is the outdoor dining area near the pool which has a small kitchen, built in BBQ and pizza oven, or the roof terrace which has table and chairs, a built in BBQ as well as breathtaking sea views and Ostuni. If you prefer to eat indoors there is a spacious dining room between the orangery and pool area which has a large dining table and chairs easily seating 12 plus a small children's table with chairs. For those who want a quiet moment there are plenty of areas where you can sit, relax and enjoy a quiet read whilst sipping a glass of wine.
The large private swimming pool which has a separate but adjoining pool for young children, is walled and gated, making the grounds safe for children to wander. The large sun terrace which is bordered on three sides by olive, almond fruit and other trees, has ample sun loungers where you can soak up the sun, a shaded gazebo and a shower room. The pool measures 12.5m x 6m and the baby pool 3m x 3m.
In addition to swimming other things for you to enjoy are boules, table tennis, board games, wi-fi internet, TV and DVDs. From the roof terraces there are uninterrupted views of the sky and with the low light pollution in this area make it an ideal spot for stargazing.
If you can tear yourself away from this enchanting Masseria you are only a few minutes from sandy beaches, the White City of Ostuni, one of the most stunning cities in Southern Italy or, further afield but still within 30 minutes drive, the UNESCO site of Alberobello famous for its abundance of trulli, the baroque town of Martina Franca, and the Zoo Safari, a day out for the younger members of the family.
The town of Ostuni is just 0.90 of a mile away with the entrance to the old town at 1.3 miles away.

A deposit of 50% is payable by bank transfer or sterling cheque to secure the booking,with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Cancellations: A minimum of 12 weeks cancellation notice is required, and must be made in writing. Refunds for will only be made if the property is successfully re-let to cover the cancelled period less and admin fee of £200. The breakage deposit of £1,000 pounds is payable with your final payment and will be refunded once it has been confirmed there have been no breakages/damages.
