Luxurious 6 bedroom villa with air conditioning and 2 private pools - Ref:110049

We had 3 generations meet for our Puglian vacation. Masseria Mandolori was a wonderful place to call home base for the week. The house is located just outside of Ostuni, a mile long, increasingly uphill walk to the old part of town. We made this rewarding hike on a few mornings for cappuccino and croissants. The house itself is lovely. All the comforts you'd expect, along with some really pleasant surprises. Cocktails are so much better with fresh picked citrus! The pool area was a highlight, and the kids loved the bocce court and ping pong table. Antonio was a terrific host. Upon arrival, he walked us all around to make sure we were introduced to our new home for the week. He also left a welcome package so we didn't need to run to the market first thing. Jackie at Puglia Holiday Rentals was very responsive. First class experience. I'd book Masseria Mandolori again in a heartbeat, and hope to do so again one day.

This was our first time in Puglia and renting a property thru Puglia Holiday Rentals. All surpassed expectations!!! The masseria is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything, bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are updated and so much more. There are many outdoor gathering and sitting areas. The sunset views from the upstairs terrace was a favorite. Ostuni is a 15 minute walk or a less than 5 minute drive - breathtaking views, great restaurants and is a charming place. It's definitely not touristy like other small towns in Tuscany and still has the Puglian way of life. We stayed for 4 weeks and could have stayed longer. There is a lot to explore all w/in short drives: olive and wine tastings, the beaches, Unesco sites and other charming/historic towns. Antonio and his wife were very helpful and Lucrezia prepared wonderful Puglian dinners.

The location is perfect. It's a very quick drive to beautiful Ostuni, but the house itself is away from the city surrounded by olive trees in perfect peace and privacy. The house is lovely. Perfectly set up for several families to share. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (with the exception of the downstairs bunk room). The kitchen is very well equipped. The welcome package of food and drinks was a wonderful surprise and very generous. The outside is absolute heaven. The pool, the multiple seating areas, the gardens, the rooftops it's all extraordinary. There were oranges, lemons, limes and figs in the garden. We explored our surroundings much less than we expected because we couldn't tear ourselves away from the house. Antonio met us to show us the way to the home and went above and beyond to respond to any questions. Jackie Lear with Puglia Holiday rentals was excellent with communication and information. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again and hope someday to have the opportunity.

We had an excellent stay in the Mandorli Masseria : the villa is very beautiful and perfectly equipped. Chef Lucrezia served us delicious meals. Fabulous week with friends !

The house has a fantastic location in the nature in the middle of olives tree close to Ostuni. Inside, the house has a lot of character while being renovated (the air conditioning across all the house is very convenient). Outside the house is very well equipped with the pool, BBQ, lounge and dining spaces. The house is also very convenient for children and young kids (we had a 1yo and 2yo kids). We definitely recommend this house for a stay between several families. Jackie and Antonio have been of great support and help from the booking until the end of our stay.

We had a really wonderful break, two families with adult children so we took full advantage of the pool, the table tennis and the table football. The indoor and outdoor kitchen areas were really well equipped and we had a wonderful bbq with fish from the nearby supermarket. We visited at a very hot time of year so the aircon was much needed, as was a car, to get around. Communication with both the agent and the local manager was excellent. Our plane was cancelled, rearranged and finally 3 hours late and still the manager met us at 1am, very cheerfully. Would recommend highly.

Great property. The photos are great but even they don't do justice to this fabulous property. All the main bedrooms are lovely - great for us as a group of friends sharing. Lots of lovely areas to sit around the pool either in sun or shade and wonderful outdoor eating area. Lots to do in the area do you can either do nothing or go to the local vineyards, towns or beaches. Antonio looked after us well and We had a cook come to prepare a fab local meal for us. Definitely recommend.

The masseria was perfect, very well equipped. The BBQ and Pizza oven nice touch. The pool area is large and the kids loved it there. We where group of 14; kids, parents and grandparents. The only downside is that the children room is downstairs, while all the other rooms where on the main floor. All communication with Jackie before arrival was smooth and rapid response. After we arrived Antonio took over and he was very helpful and rapid response. Highly recommended!

We spend 2 weeks in August in Masseria Mandorli and everything was perfect: very beautiful masseria in a calm and beautiful area. The masseria has been nicely restored and decorated. We highly recommand. The service by the team on site was also perfect for any question. The administrative work with the agency was also professional and efficient.

Diese Villa ist einfach nur ein Traum. Wir waren mit 8 Freunde da und haben es mehr als genossen. Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden, sodass man auch einfach Mal ungestört Musik hören kann und nimenanden stort. Die Villa selbst mit ihren Zimmer war top. Sowohl die Aussenanlagen mit Pool und allen Bereichen, als auch das ganze drum herum, wie die Tischtennisplatte oder die Dachterrasse - einfach nur toll. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Mal ausspannen möchte und trotzdem ( sofern bereit ein wenig zu gehen) fußläufig zu Ostuni. Vielen Dank auch an die hervorragende Kommunikation und liebevollen Kleinigkeiten.

Weather fab, Ostuni as pretty as I remember. Lincoln loved the pool and the adults slowly but surely relaxed as the week went on. The sunsets on top of the villa as always, spectacular. Thank you Robert and Sally for letting us into your special place.

It brough together two families, one from the USA and one from Ireland, reunited after 3 years. We made wonderful memories with our children. Ostuni is an intriguing " White City"; gelato, shopping, 2 fabulous dinners, more gelato!! Picking almonds with the kids, swimming for hours and hours, playing rounds and rounds of Buck Pitch. This villa gave us so many cherished memories, I can only hope we are fortunate enough to return someday. Arrivederci!

We stayed at Masseria Mandorli as a family of four couples and three small children. The venue was all we hoped for and indeed more. The space and shade provided meant there were always peaceful areas to enjoy. The pool, poolside, roof top terraces, large covered sofa area, trellis garden walk to a quiet seat and BBQ areas gave everyone opportunity to enjoy their holiday. We had an outside chef in for three evenings, the highlight being a pizza evening at the pizza oven... described by the family as magical. Jackie at Puglia Holiday Rentals was so helpful advising on properties to suit our need and she got it just right. Thank you to her and all the team including Antonio and the house keeping team. A truly memorable holiday.

We had a great week at Masseria Mandorli. It's a wonderful house and accommodated our five couples beautifully. We particularly loved the gorgeous large pool with ample shaded chaises, the five stylish air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite baths, great well-stocked kitchen for group cooking, large outdoor table for dining, the comfortable shaded porch for socializing and breakfast. Nothing at all we would change. The proximity to Ostuni for shopping, restaurants is a plus, while the privacy and beauty of the location in olive groves is beautifully serene.

Fabulous villa with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. We stayed with our family and my parents and brothers for a week in August. We had such a super time. We had been to Puglia before so have done lots of exploring in the past so we enjoyed the pool and re-visiting favourite spots especially Ostuni. We hope to return one day.

We enjoyed our stay at the Masseria immensely this summer. The pool was good both for the children, and even for a proper swim. The house was perfect for the whole family, ( 4 couples, 4 children) and the surroundings beautiful. The roof terrace has a stunning view, and each room and bedroom almost had it´s own story. Truly recommendable!

This is a fantastic villa! We were a party of 8. Four couples - parents with 3 adult "children" and their partners; all arriving at different times but bedrooms were of equal fabulous standing so no couple felt they'd drawn the short straw. The 12m (mild) salt water pool is fabulous - perfect for floating, playing volleyball or swimming. We were a bit dubious about the salt water at first but all agreed it was far better than a chlorinated pool. The villa has every conceivable game - poker, scrabble etc and a small selection of books. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen ever - and we've been renting villas for 20 years. There are enough "lounging" areas to escape others for some quiet time. It was 40 degrees in July when we went and there were, inevitably, mosquitoes in the evening. However, I do recommend Masseria dei Mandorli as a wonderful place to stay.

The villa was beautiful, vary spacious and had a lovely pool. The layout was good with many different places to chill out and relax at different times of the day. Good kitchen, well equipped and the great idea of a separate kitchen by the pool with the BBQ and Pizza oven both of which were frequently used. The table tennis table was also well used. All rooms had very nice décor and were very clean. A couple of minor improvements would be the Wifi which could have been faster and was only useable near the router in the kitchen, Also the baby high chair should have straps. Overall it was a superb villa and I would gladly recommend it

Perfect villa for three families. Surrounded by olive tree groves and almond nut trees the villa is floating between Ostuni and the sea. It is very tastefully decorated with Moroccan theme running through. There were plenty of places to lounge around as a large group both outside and indoors. The bedrooms are comfortable with very modern facilities. The kitchen was a bit on a small side for our group of very keen cooks but exceptionally well stocked. There was several of each items, plenty of knifes, mixing bowls, chopping boards, glasses etc...the best stocked villa we ever stayed in. There are a few mozzies about, but if you keep the doors shut you should be on top of the problem. The swimming pool was a very generous size with a deep end for some inventive diving. Ostuni is well worth a visit, an ancient maze of narrow streets and plenty of restaurants to eat. Overall a fantastic holiday, thank you!

We had a lovely relaxing time at this villa in Puglia. The villa itself is gorgeous. It was big enough for all 7 of us to have our own space. The pool is big and has a diving board. The outside space has been well thought out with plenty of shade throughout the day and a lovely outside dining area at night. We even tried out the pizza oven after buying pizza dough in Ostuni and we were pleasantly surprised by our results! All the double bedrooms inside are spacious and kept cool with the air conditioning. The location feels remote and you definitely need a car but it really is only 5 minutes drive into Ostuni, which must be one of the prettiest towns in Italy. Highlights were our traditional meal in cooked by Lucrezia and a meal out at Il Fienile. We even managed to sort out a taxi for this night out! Everyone we met was very friendly and we would definitely like to go back, both to Puglia and to this villa!

Masseria Mandorli was even better than its great web site promised! Our three-generation family enjoyed a busy but relaxing week--wonderful pool and outdoor space, comfortable bedrooms, kitchen and equipment fine for cooking along with grill and pizza oven (both used to delicious effect). Ostuni nearby and lovely for strolling, exploring and eating (Masseria Il Frantoio and Osteria del Tempo Perso especially), good markets in Martina Franca and Cisternino, excellent fish dinner on our last night at the Lido in Pilone, good beaches nearby--all together, terrific.

The property is very well equipped, lovely furniture and wonderful pool. The welcome pack was huge and the wine excellent, thank you. We had a perfect two weeks and so close to Ostuni. We will be back
