A great place for everyone to get together is the huge split level lounge which has ample space to seat everyone comfortably. A currved suspended staircase divides the lounge into two distinct seating areas, one under the staircase with banquette seating around the fireplace and the other looking out into the rotondo and gardens and furnished with large comfortable sofas. At the entrance to the lounge area there is also a Kawai grand piano.

All meals will be vegetarian and will be served in the elegant dining room. However breakfast and lunch will be buffet style so you are free to take your meals outside. 

Except when eating out at a restaurant evening meals, which will include wine, will be served and eaten in the Dining room. 

The Damson is a spacious and airy bedroom with two large windows overlooking the gardens, is furnished with twin beds that can be made into a double if required, and comfortable sofabed. It also has a separate dressing room containing floor to ceiling wardrobes as well as a dressing table. The ensuite shower room has a hydro massage shower cubicle, hand basin, wall cabinet and mirror, bidet and WC.

A reduced price of £1000 is offered to a third person sharing this room. 

The very spacious Almond room with large windows overlooking the garden and wall to ceiling wardrobes can comfortably sleep three people if required. It is furnished with twin beds, bedside cabinets and lamps and a sofa bed. In addition to the wardrobes there is also an attached dressing room with further storage space. 

As with all the other bedrooms in the main house the ensuite bathroom has a hydromassage shower cubicle, washbasin, wall cupboard and mirror, bidet and WC.

At the end of the day you can look forward to retiring to this lovely room from where you can relax on an easy chair looking out over the lush palm trees in the garden or just take yourself to the comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep.

In addition to the bed this large room has bedside tables with lamps, wardrobes and easy chairs. The ensuite has a full sixe hydro massage bath as well as a hydromassage shower cubicle, double wash basins, bidet, WC, heated towel rail and plenty of mirrors and storage cabinets.

Take in the beauty of the villa's gardens while relaxing on the private balconty in the Rose Room. In addition to the balcony which has an outdoor table and chairs, this charming room contains large sumptious double bed, bedside tables with lamps, matching wall to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers and easy chair. 

The large mirrored ensuite bathroom contains a full size hydromassage bath, a hydromassage shower cubicle, double wash basins, bidet, WC, and heated towel rail.

The huge Olive Room, which is at the top of the house, is sumptiously furnished with a large double bed, a sofa bed, an armchair, chess board side table and banquette seating. There is also a separate dressroom, modern ensuite bathroom with hydro massage shower cubicle and a large balacony that has sun loungers and a small outdoor table andchairs.

If you want more privacy, away from the main house but within the villa's grounds is the Garden House. This building has a sitting room, two double bedrooms, and bathroom.  The lounge is furnished with a sofa, dining table for four, a flat screen TV and a patio area with sun loungers. The bedrooms are alike with double beds, bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobes and chest of drawers. 

Tha bathroom hasd a half size bath with overhead shower attachment, a wash basin, bidet, WC and bathroom cabinet and mirror.

Away from the main house but within the villa's grounds is the lovely Gate House. This character building has large stone vaulted ceilings extending over two large open plan bedrooms. The bedrooms, which are divided by curtains each contain two single beds, bedside cabinets with lamps.  

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, bidet, and WC 

This unit is offered at the reduced amounts of £1000 per person for two sharing and £750 for a third and fourth person sharing.

You can enjoy the fabulous late summer Puglian weather by basking in the sunshine around the pool, under the gazebo, or just roaming the gardens and wander amongst the well established palm trees and other shrubs. 

In addition to the large kidney shaped pool and diving board, the pool area also has pool floats, a gazebo, sun loungers, tables and chairs, showers and changing rooms. Also within the grounds there is a large man made lake with fountains that light up at night giving the villa that extra touch of something special. 

The villa lies in small hamlet of Pozzo Faceto so shops and restaurants are within a short walk. The popular beach at Torre Canne is less than 2 miles away.
